Delivery Terms

UK Delivery


FREE DELIVERY on all UK mainland orders over £250

Next working day delivery to UK addresses. Deliveries are made Mondays-Fridays only. This is a tracked service and a signature is required on delivery.


Out of stock items can take upto 2 weeks to be delivered but we will notify you of any delays.

Please note: Someone must be at the delivery address when the item arrives in order to sign for it or the package will be returned to the depot. We are happy to deliver to your work address if that is more convenient just enter this as your delivery address.

Your Use of the Products

All our merchandise is for retail use use only. You may also invalidate any warranty if the merchandise is used for business purposes.

Using the product for domestic purposes: we will be responsible for any loss that you suffer as a result of a merchandise failure, provided the reason for its failure was reasonably foreseeable by both of us when the contract was completed.

Using the product for business purposes: we will not be responsible for any economic loss including, but not limited to, loss of profit, revenue, contracts, savings, and loss of data, goodwill or reputation.

Our maximum liability will be limited to the replacement value of the merchandise. Whether merchandise has been used for domestic or business purposes, TDiGroup.com does not, by law, limit or exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of duty, gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

Legal Statement on Returns

Any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the three month post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Tdi Group will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Tdi Group on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. We may withold up to 20% of the purchase price of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is not fully resaleable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
